I got a quiet case, I believe it was made by Antec. Sonata maybe? It's great - previously if I was recording vocals the microphone would pick up the comp fan, but now it does not. Quite happy.

Lots of people are recommending the Antec brand. I'm also thinking of trying podcasting at some point, all the more reason to get a quiet fan.
